Once you place your order with DreamDay Invitations, one of our professional designers will be designated to your order. They will be your main contact and responsible for proofing editing and making your stationery perfect for you. DreamDay Invitations is not an automated process like many other online retailers. We believe there is nothing more valuable than the personal touch of our expert team to ensure your order is flawless.

As the entire process of your order is designed, printed, produced and dispatched from our facilities in Sydney, we can offer a fast turnaround on all orders.

In addition to you receiving your electronic proof within 24 business hours from placing your order, we will not to print any of your order until you are completely happy and have personally approved your job. Our customer service representatives are so efficient they’ll even send you a reminder if you haven’t viewed your order in 3 business days.

Once you are happy with your entire order and we receive your approval, we guarantee to have your order printed, produced and dispatched within 3 business days for our standard ranges and 5 business days for our foiled and die cut range (boarding passes & bomboneire tags).

Shipment

All Australian deliveries are shipped Express Post from Sydney at a flat rate of $15. Delivery times to east coast capital cities are usually overnight, to Perth is typically 3 days, for rural areas add 2 days. International orders are shipped International Express at a flat rate of $80 with items generally arriving within a week.

Sample Order Turnaround

Sample packs are produced 2-3 times a week and will be dispatched within 5 business days.
Postage options are standard Australia Post or Express Post.
