Your Rights To Return A Product
To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer's possession.
14 Day Money Back Guarantee
Our unconditional guarantee means that if you are not completely happy with your order, we will reprint your stationery or refund you your money.
- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your DreamDay Order you can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the order and receive either a store credit or refund of the purchase price of your order (excluding initial delivery charges).
- The 14 day period within which you are eligible to make a return under this policy commences on the date that you accept delivery of your order. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 5 business days from the date of dispatch of the order.
- The order must be returned to DreamDay within 10 business days of your request to return your product under this policy.
- You must return the Products for which you are seeking a store credit or refund at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that DreamDay staff provides to you.
- The delivery time for replacing the product will be the same as stated for the original order of your items. Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned product.
- After receiving the returned goods, DreamDay will issue a store credit or refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and you will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.
- DreamDay reserves the right to make changes to this Returns Policy without notice.
Damaged in Transit
- A DreamDay Invitations product is considered damaged or faulty when it is discovered to be damaged or broken when first taken from its packaging. A DreamDay Invitations customer service member will provisionally determine whether the product is damaged. The quickest way to do this is to send an email with a couple of digital photos of the damage attached.
- Where a product is provisionally determined as damaged we will arrange to replace the product.
- Refunds will only be offered where a replacement product cannot be provided. Where DreamDay Invitations has provisionally determined that a product is damaged, return shipping will be arranged at the expense of DreamDay Invitations.
- If the product is deemed by customer services NOT to be damaged, DreamDay Invitations may in its absolute discretion refuse to replace the product or offer you a refund for the product.
- When a product is replaced, your replacement product becomes your property and the returned damaged product becomes our property. When a refund is given, the returned damaged product becomes our property.
- If the condition of the product was misrepresented to us by the customer, DreamDay Invitations will impose a $30 handling and administration fee.
- We typically include several spare pieces of each item you purchase over and above what you have ordered and paid for. This practice is rarely needed due to our rigorous quality control, but is still done as a service to you in case you have a couple of additional guests, someone has a new partner, you misspelt a name, etc. This service also allows for the odd inconsistency in the specialty paper used and the occasional imperfection in the printing processes we utilise.
- By placing this order, you agree to utilise the supplied spare item(s) to replace any odd defective item which has a paper or printing defect prior to DreamDay Invitations supplying a re-print or replacement.
- If you approve a proof that has a textual error and the order is in the printing, shipping or delivery stages, you must reorder the items in order to amend the error.
- We will extend a 40% off discount to reorders of this type. No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product or make an incorrect choice when placing an order.
- No refund will be provided if you made errors in spelling or text copy.
DreamDay Invitations offers an unrivalled ability to “see what your product” will look like. You can preview the finished, edited item on-line in real time. Our turnaround time to delivering the product is very quick because the items are actually printed immediately after you “Submit your Order.” Therefore, it is impractical for us to allow a cancellation after printing.
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the product(s) in question.
